Strand specialises in full project design and delivery, helping clients to develop their brief and taking projects from initial conception through to delivery, but are also able to offer consultancy and design services in isolation.
Where services are required for pre-contract stages or part of a project wide tender package, Strand can offer scaled design solutions to suit.
With many projects going out to competitive tender we understand the requirements and necessity for a detailed, informative and comprehensive design package. Our design process identifies both client and project requirements, budgets as well as helping guide clients through the plethora of technologies and hardware available to ensure that they are provided with the best design solution possible for their scenario.
In addition to the production of design packages, we can also offer ongoing design and consultancy services for the duration of a project or for key stages as required. Working alongside other design professionals we ensure that the original design is implemented and delivered correctly, to the client’s expectations and budgets. This also enables adjustments to the design during a project when required, whether through a physical building constraint or client amendment to the original design brief.
